    I've always been a fan of this kind of photo display. I don't know if Detroiturbex is on the forum, but good job.
    There are books with buildings and scenes in the D like this too. I made one myself of a Civil War era pic too, a side by side.

    Goodness, despite their sad context, those Urbex photos bring back some good memories of my own DPS school days. That picture with the six-pronged fluorescent light fixture in it just really brought it all back. I hadn't thought about those in years. I can still remember though the sort of quiet, but persistent, buzzing noise they made - mixed with the clanging and spurting of the old iron radiator steam heat system.
