The Battle of Fredericksburg re-enactment that will be held for this event begins at 12:00pm today. Christmas at the Fort runs from 3-6:15pm. This is the third annual event of this kind, and it has grown progressively.

Members of the Coalition and other impressionists will provide small interpretations at various stops along the tour route of how the Christmas holidays were spent in both the military and civilian worlds during the Civil War, with a particular emphasis to the anniversary of the Battle of Fredericksburg.

This is the last opportunity to help the Coalition raise money as we close 2012 and shut down Fort Wayne until springtime. Every dollar spent on your admission costs goes toward the perpetuation of the fort and it's surrounding property.

Please come down and enjoy the event.

    See you at the Fort!!!

Went yesterday and had a blast! It was nicely done. The actors in the homes on the tour really added to the experience.
