Late into the morning I keep hearing a foghorn from the river. I look outside and don't understand why because it's clear. I drive over to Belle Isle, and here's the view of downtown and the explanation for the constant foghorn. I think the horn might be coming from a coast guard boat. [[photo from around 12:15 pm)
