Needed:Office Space Downtown

I'm looking to lease some office space downtown and I know there is an abundance of it but what I'm looking for something a little nontraditional that has high ceilings,big windows and open floor plan 2,000-3,000 sq ft, any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
