Any new tenants in the Broderick yet?

If anyone is or is about to move in to the Broderick, care to comment on the experience?

I'm fairly confident nobody has moved in yet. There have been multiple construction delays.

On a similar note, I'm surprised they have not [[will not?) powerwash the south side of the building. It'll look really bad if they don't clean it up.
