NEVERMIND, I didn't read the article first. They aren't renewing their current lease...everyone knew that. They still have to negotiate new lease for renovation or new lease for the time until they move....blast

I'm not sure what you're thrilled about. Everyone's been saying for months that they'd either renovate the Joe or build new. And we still don't know anything more than that.
