    East English Village, on Detroit's upper east side between Mack and Harper, East Outer Drive and Cadieux, will host its third neighborhood home tour this Sunday. For-sale homes purchased by the Detroit Land Bank as part of a neighborhood stabilization strategy will be showcased. Three completed renovated houses will be staged with designer furnishings. Twelve additional properties, currently under renovation, will also be on tour. Buses will be available, but visitors can walk or tour on their own.     Renovating those beautiful 1920's, 30's and 40's houses is just what Detroit needs. There is great potential to restore those neighborhoods and draw back old time residents of Detroit. The low purchase prices make this a great time to invest in real estate... as long as you choose the correct neighborhood.
