    Default Construction at the former Agave site?

    As of today there are white coverings over the windows on the second floor. I believe these are supposed to become four apartments.

    its an installation for this weekend's show.

    They are supposedly wrapping up financing on that project though...I just read this week Sue Mosey mentioning it in Freep or DetNews.
