Default An interesting business concept in Midtown

I have found a very interesting business in the Midtown area. Its the Green Garage and business started by Tom and Peggy Brennan. They purchase a building that was once a showroom for Model T automobiles. What's unique about their business is that they have converted this historic building into multi unit offices and it highlights many uses of green technology.

The Green Garage has several business models: a green business incubator, many businesses in residence, urban sustainability library and sustainability labs. For more information, www.greengaragedetroit.com

We interviewed Ms. Brennan for our documentary "The Great Detroit?" to see a short version of the film which includes her interview click on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSCmzNOIFlg

It is interesting -- I do hope to hear how thisi Idea evolves.

Suggest its not a business model, but a business idea. Neither your article nor the website explain a business model. Not one word on how it makes money, or sustains itself.
