Does anyone have any history on this pocket neighborhood? I know it has quite a few tudor style homes which makes it weird for being in the middle of nowhere back in the 1920's/1930's.

Don't really know the history, but most of the homes look like those you would find in Green Acres or Rosedale Park in Detroit.
