I've read a couple articles on this as well as going to their web page. I find this very interesting. Has anyone on this board been involved with this project or for that matter been able to buy a house in one of the neighborhoods? Any information from those with knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Other than mention of a Detroit Land Authority proposed two years ago by Sen. Tom George [[R-Kalamazoo), I can find nothing on the subject.
