    Something actually going to be done with this place other than just a bit of lipstick on the pig?

    could MCS be repurposed into loftspaces? Probably require lots of plumbing and some elevators. Is it feasible?

    The lights come on, then the go out. Hard to know what's going on... There's another mega-thread on 'everything' MCS.
