    Default Lafayette/Trumbull Outlet?

I had noticed the two outlet stores that are in the area of Lafayette and Trumbull. One is the National Dry Goods store. The other is the Leather Factory. I was wondering if the empty warehouses that are in the area of Lafayette and Trumbull could be converted into buildings that could hold outlet stores. An urban Birch Run on a smaller scale. It is near the Ambassador Bridge. I could see Canadians coming over to shop at the stores also.
