    Default Bob Babbitt passes

    It's being reported that Bob passed away this morning at 7:15. Well known as a all-around good guy, he stepped into the Funk Brothers as a partner and then replacement to James Jamerson. He will be missed.

    A sad day in Motown, for sure!!!

    RIP, Bob the Bear!

    What a talent!! and what a nice guy!! He always spent a few minutes with fans after local appearances!!
