Somebody has a few dollars coming! I talked to proprietor [[Scotty) and he said that ticket may have been sold to a woman from Arizona who stopped in with her Sister from here.
It would have been early afternoon on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. This is that little pipe/cigar/candy shop on Lafayette & Michigan downtown. If you know these women, or, if it was sold to somebody else, tell them to go get their $!
