What is this? Since I've moved to Philly [[ work promotion, not really by choice ) a friend of mine has said there is some kind of crazy signage on the lower level of the Kales building..Packard cars and some cool looking art work. I tried researching it but there is no website...anyone have any idea?

My unintelligent guess is that we're so behind the times, it's time we had our own version of Max Headroom.
