    A friend posted this pic on fb taken at the Grande in 1968. I thought many on here would like the pic.

    Of course I was 14 at the time, and lived in South Jersey

    I love the guy, but boy could he develope the breeze from the hot air escaping when he pontificated at the Golden Boy Donut shop in my formative years!

    I used to fill up his two cars, too, at the Mobil station I worked at during my Sophomore year...he had a Cadillac Fleetwood and a Chevy Chevette. NO kidding...I guess he drove for his expected audience!

    Pete befriended one of my grade- and high-school best friend's oldest brother during this time, and they continued the pen-pal communication for over fifteen years...
