    Thanks! I'll look her up. There are still a lot of things which need to be done before we move... dealing with my underwater house in Ypsi chief among them. We'll probably start looking a little harder once the baby's born. I'm pretty excited though!

    Unless you are going to pay cash, how do you plan to buy a new house?

    Well that does present a bit of a problem. Chances are she would be the one taking out the loan since the Ypsi residence is in my name only. I bought it in '05 so I'm pretty much welded to it. I'm pretty close to EMU and Depot Town so I shouldn't have too much difficulty renting it out. Cash would be an option but would limit us to the lower end of the price spectrum.
