Guess what, a few weeks ago this thing was declared street legal. During a ceremony this bus got it's official licence plate!

Minister of Infrastructure and Environment Mrs, Schultz - Van Haegen places the plate.

Some footage of the ceremony. The man standing to the right of her is the first Dutch astronaut Wubbo Ockels. He flew as a crew member of the ill-fated Space Shuttle Challenger in 1985, the last successful flight of the orbiter. He's the initiator of the project.

Need more proof? Here are the DMV stats.

Damn!! I feel such a git! Had I known that a few weeks ago this monster visited my hometown, I would have taken some pictures....

Whitehouse, I'm shocked I beat you to this one.

I flew across Jamaica in a plane that had similar door configuration. you could actually see the plane flexing lengthwise - from inside

No worries. It'll show up in a third thread once SEMCOG begins promoting it as the next generation of transit in Detroit.

I can see it now: "It's like a rocket ship, but on tires!"
