    My Arrival In Detroit

My arrival in Detroit, may have heralded the exit, of President Coolidge. Or, perhaps, it was just a coincidence.

Technically, I had been there, in Detroit, for nine months, unknown, to but a few. My mufti was hard to interpret. First, an egg, perhaps the size of a pea, then a fetus, and how do you describe a fetus?

I was perfectly content in my very own Inner Sanctum. It was dark. There were gurgling noises that I had become used to. Gargling, coughing, choking, burping, laughing, and an occasional aromatic, gaseous emission. Melodic, if you will.
I was nourished by something called an umbilical cord. I was comfortable to remain in that chamber, a room if you will.. [[People with an “r” disorder would call it a ‘womb.‘) With a temperature of 98 degrees, and very few chores to perform, I was rotating verrrry slowly to get into position for some reason or other, I was happy and content

Next thing I knew, there was an irresistible force overcoming my immovable body. Something was pulling on my head and I was slithering into a new world. A scary world. I was greeted by an eclectic group of sadists, each one a specialist in their enthusiasm.

The Leader was a middle aged villain who was holding me upside down by my ankles and was whacking me on my little rosy bottom. He just wanted to hear me cry. The unintelligible gurgling of the rest of the strangers confused me. Strange sounds like, ooooo, ahhhhh and gooo gahhhhh.
Little did I know how quickly I would learn to manipulate the masses by replying in similar mode.
This was my first encounter with,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PEOPLE!
Little did I know about masses of people,,,,,,,in Detroit.

I had hoped to finish this story. It will take awhile. Maybe not?
