Does anyone know what movie is being filmed in Downtown Detroit. Griswold from Michigan to Larned was closed yesterday during some type of film shooting. Had Snyder come to his senses and changed his tune about incentives to the film industry?

Actually, I believe that Snyder doubled the film incentive for one year next year. So he's on the right track if the film industry brings in the cash.

Yes, but it's sending mixed messages to the film industry to jump back and forth like that. He seemed clear last year saying he did not support the film incentive, but then bulked it back up after finding a surplus. Will there be continued support for these credits or will they disappear again? It's hard to build on something that is so unpredictable and that seems counter to the whole idea of the incentive in the first place.
