    I like the history of the staircase but I kinda find its placement kinda odd almost like an afterthought,with that many sqft you would think they could have made it a bit more "grand". But nice little house for the money though.

    I wonder what the story is behind the 2 total half baths is? no full bathrooms? As usual updated kitchens ,give me a O'keef & Merritt any day.
