    Default Shelborne Development-Palmer Park Apartments

    This Model D article discusses the plans of a group called Shelborne Development to redevelop nearly a dozen of the Palmer Park Apartment District buildings. Does anyone have any contact info for this group? I can't seem to find anything.

    I've tried to find some info on them before, but to no avail. I've been surprised that there is no website, etc. considering that they seem to have a number of current and former projects in the city.

    Does anyone here know the husband and wife team? I understand that they are doing a great job on the LaVogue and I hope that they will do likewise with the other properties.

    I'm going to be in the area over Memorial Day and hope to scope that area out.

    The articles do say that they are in Indian Village, so the Jefferson address makes sense. Doesn't everyone have a website these days?
