    Thought it was odd when I was in the market on Saturday. Not alot of buildings have boarded up street level windows and brand new upper floors windows. Great news!!

    Heard good things about Germack, but was refraining from starting a thread on 'em until I experienced their COFFEE goodness. They are apparently doing fresh-pours, if you don't mind the wait.

    Yay on something finally being done @ the Del Bene...isn't that the one that had part of the facade fall off five years ago or so?!
