    Default Any news on Grand River and Greenfield development?

    Has anyone heard about fixing up this area?
    They have headlines every few years but the old Wrds and Federal bldgs sit there like tombstones.

    Still awaiting any development in fixing or replacing Federal's old building on Greenfield and Grand River.
