I had noticed that a Johnston & Murphy shoe store had opened temporarily in the Compuware Building. It was be in that spot for only two more weeks. Is the "pop up" store concept is the thing of the future for downtown Detroit? Is the downtown district trying to find some nincht? I wonder what else is going to pop up as far as retail is concern? What is it; restaurants are permenant and retail temporal?

Those were for the summer months and the Christmas season, not sure if they're being brought back though. I didn't know Johnston and Murphy had temp locale at Compuware, interesting...

The store is in the same spot where the Detroit t shirts were being sold. It doesn't operate as a trunk sale for it has it's own spot. You better hurry curious seekers. The store will only be there for one or two more week.
