North of the Brenda Scott School is an area that looks like a memorial park, or something. It has parking areas, a figure-8 looking area, an X shape area, among other things.
Judging from aerial photos of the area, it was built between 1952 and 1967.
What was or is it ??
FWIW, I lived in the area when it was a WWII workers housing project. 1948-1950

That's probably Osborn HS driver's ed course. If you go over to Kelly Rd at Seymour, you'll see a very similar set up at Denby, which is where I took driver's ed, lo, those many years ago.
