All the articles are talking about people moving into the CBD/Midtown Area. This is due to some incentives that are being offered from different outlets. In these articles they talk about waiting lists for properties. So speaking of the properties just outside these "boundaries" how are the living conditions and availability for a renter, or are most of these places to purchase in lieu of rent such as the following properties; Assuming that many could afford the purchase price, I've heard to condo fees are just outrageous?
Harbortown, Garden Court, Research Lofts, Garden Lofts at Woodward, Grinnel Place Lofts, Lofts at Rivertown, Riverpark, Riverplace and Riverfront Lofts
