    • 6:46 PM

The review was initiated after a Free Press report detailing ties between Wayne County HealthChoice director Michael Grundy and the founder of the firm, AdvertiseMe, who also is a childhood friend of Grundy. The newspaper obtained the report late Thursday after requesting it under Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act.
