I don't know about anyone else, but I really like the architecture of this building. True, it is nothing fancy, but it looks much better than the current parking lot.

I love the design, it will much more attractive with restaurants/residential along the riverfront, its wayyyy better than that surface parking lot. That's one thing I dont understand, why have three surface parking lots surrounding four huge parking structures? Really..on the riverfront? Sooooo UGLY and economically wrong..

This can be cool, something like an outdoor go-cart racing track, car-theme retail and entertainment. We are the Motor City..

I really wish GM and/or Hines would just announce that this is a go or say it's officially dead. Especially considering that the units would sell in a heartbeat and add some much needed life to the area.

Yeah, it hides that ridiculously big parking structure from view for the skyline shots.

I would have to say that I would prefer this development NOT to happen. I feel that this area should be a bigger part of the river walk. I think recreational facilities should be placed here. Baseball, soccer, basketball, racketball, ect. I think the river front should have more than just a stip of land to walk on!
