Wedding / party venue at Dossin Great Lakes Museum on Belle Isle

My niece had her Wedding at the Dossin great lakes museum. I wanted to say what a great venue it was a lot less then most halls. Had a great time. Both the service and party in one building.

At least once a quarter, some asks for unique ideas on where to hold their wedding and/or reception. All the usual suspects are trotted out and presented, but this is the first time I've ever heard of anyone using the Dossin.

If you post details like how many guests, what day/time, type of food service, ... You would help a lot of people out.
