Betty Clark was a drag queen who performed all over Detroit, as was a character named Buttons. I dont recall Bunny Peters but Im assume she was a performer as well.
Betty Clark was kind of a local legend back in the day

yes!I worked every gay bar,Betty & I were good friends, as many others.My act consisted of stripping, snakes,flash pots,fire,&the usual.Worked at the Gold Dollar & in Winsor & all across Canada,stripping.I could pass on stage as woman.I was runner up to Chilli Pepper in a pagent.Jennifer Foxx has photos of me but I,m having trouble finding her.Would love to hear from any & all xoxoxoxoxoxo
