    He was always one of my favorite TV animals, right up there with Flipper and Lassie. I'm sure he's enjoying those heavenly bananas. Speaking of bananas, are you like most people that peel them from the top? Watch a monkee or a chimp, they peel them from the bottom, much easier.

    yeah, just heard that on the news. wow 80 years old? loved those tarzan movies on sunday afternoon.

    I'm hearing this might be a hoax. Chimps generally live between 40-60 years, 80 would be highly unusual. The guy that owns him can't prove his age.

    That is the second film anymal to die this week!

    Earlier this week Ursus the bear died. He was the main character of The Bear....


    And just today the Adelaide zoo made the sad announcement that their most famous creature died as well. Chook the Lyrebird.
