Anyone heard updates on when the new [[sorta) Torya Blanchard joint Ootie's is supposed to open in Hamtramck. Needs me a breakfast spot that's close to home now that it's so chilly!

Walked by on Monday evening and there's a shut off notice from DTE posted on the front door. No tables. No signs of movement. Anyone know what the deal is?
