    does any one know what is going on at the Detroit water works building!!

    When you say water works building are you talking about the Waterworks Park on Jefferson where the Hurlbut Gate is or the headquarters downtown?

    Good point!! They also have other buildings!! At some buildings they clean the poop from the water!! Then you get to drink it again!!

    If the OP is talking about Water Works Park, it looks like they are moving the fence from on top of the low, stone wall to behind the low stone wall, my guess in an effort to stop cars from hitting hit.

    BTW - How does one hit a fence that is adjacent to a straight section of street?
