Default Former Bing aide settles case for $200k

    http://detnews.com/article/20111219/METRO01/112190349

This kind of slipped by quietly yesterday - remember this woman? They claimed she was just a disgruntled employee and a liar, yet, they paid her 200k to shut up. It wasn't the 750k she was asking, but still, why would you pay if you're not guilty of what you're being accused?

makes you wonder how sincere Bing is when he says he does NOT want EFM - the basis of her allegation was that he was trying to get an EFM and wanted his buddy Kirk Lewis in the role. Now months later, he actually announces that Detroit "might need an EFM" and he quietly pays Collins off to shut up about it.

    I thought this was interesting:

Dumas resigned just days after the suit was filed. She couldn't be reached for comment Sunday, but in a biography on her website, Dumas said she "resigned after being thrown in the spotlight and criticized by a disgruntled employee for demanding excellence."
