Looks like there are new windows in a couple of the units at the end on the South side. Everything else appears boarded up and secured. Anybody have an update?

Work is currently underway to finish one more unit, it will bring the total to 5 occupied in the south building.

Soup at Spaulding is reformatting this month.

More details to follow on both points.

We just signed a development contract with a group of three nice people. In exchange for providing all the labor and materials necessary to take one unit from the rough to the finish, they'll get free rent for a year and low rent for the subsequent seven years. They're keeping a journal of their progress here:
