    Default Cleveland Announces $1B Waterfront Plan

    The city announced a new development plan Monday that could transform the lakefront area, with the potential for 1.5 million square feet of commercial projects. The plan details more than $1 billion of investment in Cleveland, with opportunities for significant public-private partnerships, according to Mayor Frank Jackson at a Monday press conference.

    I wonder if this is getting the same "yeah, right" treatment it would if it was in detroit.

    This could be good for Detroit. Cruises from Cleveland to Detroit and vice-versa.
    It would help people travel to Detroit from Cleveland and Pittsburgh by cutting their driving distance in half.
    Now only if Buffalo could do the same...
