    Default Creating a Website with my Photos of Detroit – Please help me name the site!

    I’m in the process of creating a website to share my photos of Detroit. I am by no means a professional photographer, and I’m not trying to sell anything on the site. However, I do enjoy taking pictures of buildings and landscapes that I find interesting, and sharing them with people. Over the past several months I’ve taken hundreds of photos, which are just sitting on my hard drive. The photos that I plan on posting have been ‘photo-shopped’, in order to enhance some of the colors [[see attached examples). The problem I’m having is…what should I call this site?? My wife and I can’t seem to come-up with a name, and I was hoping that someone on this forum might have a suggestion. Any thoughts?

    interesting pics, are you going to stick with the holga look? Is that something you want to promote or are you more interested in city-scapes and are just using the holga style to communicate your vision of the buildings?

    If you're more focused on Detroit architecture I would think something like D-stop with an iris replacing the "o" and an olde English "D" might work. If you're into photo effects and are just using buildings as a tool, maybe D ffects might be catchy.

    I like the DetroitRevealed suggestion. I would make sure it starts with the word Detroit, as Detroityes does. You want all those global google hits.
