Hey all. I haven't been downtown lately but last time I was I saw construction going on at the street level [[Jefferson side) of the 500 and 600 towers of the Ren Cen. Has there been progress on this lately and what is the ultimate goal of this renovation? Pictures would be great!!

Ultimate goal is leasing 435,245 square feet of 500 and 600 Ren Cen and bring 3,000 employees down.
