Annual Holiday Dinner - Georgia Street

Planning has begun for the
4th Annual Holiday Dinner
Saturday, December 17, 2011
Serving from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
At the Georgia Street Community Center
8902 Vinton Street, Detroit, Michigan 48213
Menu Includes:
Turkey, Dressing, Gravy - Ham
Potatoes, Yams, Hot Vegetables
Rolls & Butter
Lots of Desserts
Hot and Cold Beverages

Donations are needed to be able to feed the needy families.
Each year there are more and more families in need.
We would be grateful for any donation, including:

Any food item [[you cook it, or we will)
Paper Products [[plates, bowls, cups, plasticware)
Beverages [[pop, coffee, bottled water, kool-aid)

Volunteers are also needed to help prepare,
serve and clean-up the day of the dinner.

Thank you to your and your group for your most generous donation. I assume they will be frozen turkeys. Please contact Mark next week to confirm drop off time. He will not be at the Center for a few days.
