I'm happy about the new "Nest" space takeover though and that ms Nelson carries on by helping entrepreneurs stake out parts of Detroit in need of retail.

Yeah, change is always bittersweet.

I look forward to whatever adventure Ms. Nelson has in store, she has proven to have the 'bigger picture' in mind...and now has the credibility of actually starting and doing something nearly everyone said was insane.

And others followed...as they will with her next lead.
