Bingo blew his chance at credibility.

If I were Mayor, my first task would be to clean house. Within 30 days or so, anybody who could be tied to KK or any other criminal conspiracy in any city department would be gone. No excuses or apologies. Screw the whiners to the civil service board.

Every city meeting would be open to the public or at least broadcast on city wide cable TV. NO special no-bid contracts. NO sole source vendors.
