    Default Michigan Records

    There is a building on Griswold across from Capitol Park the is being prepped for an establishment called "Michigan Records" Had anyone else noticed it? Is this going to be a record store of some type?

    Isn't a remake of the movie Sparkle being filmed around here? Just a thought.

    They were shooting sparkle right at that corner last week - about 2 dozen 1970's cars driving around the streets. Characters were going in and out of the "record store"... it's just a false front.

    They were filming at Cliff Bells today and also had lights either set up or staged behind Hotel Charlevoix

    If you don't know vinyl records are making a resurgence, then get that garbage out of the attic and toss it-but please tell me where you throw it.
