Default Lot off of The Dequindere Cut

There is a lot south of Jefferson at the Dequindere Cut that has been substanialy landscaped, It appears to be the type of project that would generate discussion on this forum. It is adjancent to a car lot that is currently fenced in at street level and overlooks the Cut, Is anyone familar with this project? it is a private or public space, and if public when will it be open?

Yes just reviewed and wrote a letter of support for this. It links into other existing pathways either under development or planned.

I have to believe that the property along the riverfront will become even more valuable now with the DC up and running. Every time I walk the riverfront walk or the cut it is a rewarding experience.
