It looks pretty nice. The club room looks like it doesn't get a lot of use. What is it like in that area?

You want a very cheap house in Detroit. Go to Del-rey. Fine ghettohood filled with trees, wild dogs and unpure toxic air. Plus your get a great view at the toilet factories, too.
