Detroit Sports

A couple of years ago, I posted a story that included my reference to Detroit Not being just a ‘Sports,’ town, but rather, it was “THEE Sports Town” in the USA., from 1934 to the 1950’s.

And now, “Everything that goes around, comes around.”

The Tigers and the Lions and the Red Wings have elevated themselves back up into the Professional Strata . Win, lose or draw, they are exciting.

I am glad that the Detroit teams are doing well, My Dad enjoys this as he has seen all 4 Tigers World series championships. But I think he is looking forward to the Pistons getting back if and when they do.
