Are there any parks or fields in Detroit [[or near) that people come together to play pick up soccer? On weekends?

How many people normally show up?

we've had between 10 and 24 show up the past few times, we need more people to come so we can play 11 v 11 more often. We're all at a decent level, and there are always different people there. It's a good run around.

Also Sundays at 5, although that day has had poor turnouts recently.

I'm sorry to bump an old thread, but I have just moved to Detroit and really want to get into playing soccer here.

With that being said, are these pickup soccer games on Belle Isle still going on? Who would be a good person for me to contact? Any help would be gratefully received....
