I'm appealing my property tax with the Michigan Tribunal and looking for sale comps for my condominium in Detroit. Is there a city or county site that list recent sale prices?

actually if you are appealing a tax assessment you probably don't need the most recent sales, most assessments are based on data from Oct. the previous year to Oct. of the year being assessed...

I think you need to go through a realtor to get the comps...but I'm not sure.
