One truck, one investigator for all of Wayne county! Last night [[see video in link) Fox did a long segment interviewing families and staff downtown. A mess!!! The ME sitting there with a cluttered desk denying any problems. There's only one medical examiner, one truck and with recent homicides autopsies are up. Botched autopsies enabling proper embalming. etc. Death certificates not timely. Ghastly!
